The SportDOG SportHunter 825X Dog Training Collar is the entry model in SportDOG’s long-range SportHunter® family, offering advanced training features in a compact and lightweight package. Designed by hunters and professional dog trainers, the SD-825X provides reliable communication and control for obedience training, field work, and everyday behavior reinforcement.

With a training range of up to ½ mile, the SportHunter 825X is ideal for hunting dogs, sporting breeds, and active family dogs that require dependable off-leash communication. The system supports up to three dogs with the addition of compatible Add-A-Dog® collars, making it a flexible solution for multi-dog households and training programs.

The easy-to-use transmitter is engineered for no-look operation, allowing handlers to make adjustments and deliver corrections without diverting attention from the dog. Training options include tone, vibration, and up to 21 levels of static stimulation with low and medium ranges, providing the flexibility to tailor training to each dog’s temperament and responsiveness.

Built with SportDOG’s DryTek® waterproof technology, both the receiver and transmitter are waterproof and submersible up to 25 feet. Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries offer fast charging and extended runtime for reliable performance in the field or at home.
