The SportDOG SportHunter 1225X Training Collar is a versatile, long-range training system built for hunters, sporting dogs, and advanced obedience training. Developed with input from professional trainers and field users, the SportHunter 1225X delivers reliable communication and precise control in a rugged, easy-to-use package.

Offering up to a ¾-mile range, the SD-1225X allows handlers to maintain communication with their dogs over long distances. The system features tone, vibration, and customizable static stimulation options with multiple intensity levels, allowing training to be tailored to each dog’s temperament and responsiveness.

The transmitter is designed for “no-look” operation, enabling trainers to make adjustments and deliver corrections without taking their eyes off the dog. The system supports training up to three dogs with the purchase of additional Add-A-Dog® collars, making it ideal for multi-dog households, hunting teams, and professional trainers.

Built with SportDOG’s DryTek® technology, the collar and transmitter are waterproof and submersible to 25 feet, while rechargeable lithium-ion batteries provide extended runtime and rapid charging.
