Prescription Treatment for Bacterial Infections & Coccidiosis
Albon® Oral Suspension 5% contains sulfadimethoxine, a prescription sulfonamide antibiotic commonly prescribed by veterinarians to treat susceptible bacterial infections in dogs and cats.
It is also widely used in the management of bacterial enteritis associated with coccidiosis in dogs. The easy-to-administer liquid suspension is formulated with a custard-flavored carrier to improve palatability and simplify dosing.
The liquid formulation is especially useful for puppies, kittens, and pets that may have difficulty swallowing tablets.
