Return Policy
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the return is due to an UPCO error.
Refunds will be issued after returned products are received and inspected at UPCO.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after receipt.
Returns Beyond 30 Days
Returns requested beyond 30 days may be approved at management’s discretion.
Approved late returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee and may be issued as store credit.

Special-order items
Food, Treats & Consumables
Opened food, treats, supplements, bedding, or consumable products are non-returnable unless defective or shipped incorrectly.
Order Discrepancies & Shipping Issues
Any order discrepancies, including missing items, incorrect items, or shipping damage, must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Please retain all packaging and contact UPCO immediately for assistance.
Discrepancies reported after the 14-day window are not eligible for credit or reimbursement.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and reorder.
International Orders
International orders are subject to the same return guidelines; however, return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
