Aseptically rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine with the accompanying vial of sterile diluent and shake well. Draw contents back into the syringe, remove the needle and administer 1-mL dose orally into the buccal pouch. Historically, annual revaccination with this product was recommended. The need for annual booster vaccinations has not been established for this product; consultation with a veterinarian or the manufacturer is recommended.
