Description
Enalapril Maleate is used for the treatment of heart failure in dogs due to mitral regurgitation (chronic valvular disease) and/or reduced ventricular contractility (dilated cardiomyopathy). Enalapril Maleate is an uncoated tablet prescribed to help manage the symptoms of heart failure, whether mild, moderate or severe, high blood pressure and some other heart conditions. It may be prescribed to treat other cardiac diseases such as cardiomyopathy (a heart muscle disease) and the management of kidney (renal) failure.
