SAFE-GUARD® CANINE Fenbendazole Dewormer is for dogs only. Each box contains 3 packets that will treat dogs for round, hook, whip and tapeworm. Give one packet per day for 3 days. Mix it in with your dog’s food.

Three 1 gram fenbendazole packets – each packet treats 10 lbs.
Three 2 gram fenbendazole packets – each packet treats 20 lbs.
Three 4 gram fenbendazole packets – each packet treats 40 lbs.

Specifications Feeding Instructions
  • Safe-Guard® is safe for: Dogs of all breeds, Puppies (at least 6 weeks of age), Pregnant dogs, and Older dogs.
Administration and Dosage

The daily dose for Safe-Guard Canine is 50 mg/kg (22.7 mg/lb) of body weight.

Give Safe-Guard Canine to your dog by mixing the daily dose with a small amount of the usual food. Make sure your dog eats all of the medicated food. You may need to moisten dry dog food to aid mixing.

Repeat the daily dose for three days in a row.
